Annual billing
The current annual prepayment reference is 16.67%. Your quote confirms the applicable rate and payment schedule.
Multi-product terms
Two product families: 5%. Three or more: 10%. Eligibility is confirmed in your proposal.
One agreed proposal
Discounts do not stack automatically. Ask for the final annual or multi-product price; do not add the percentages together.
Included business rollout: 3 working days, up to 24 specialist hours. Optional customer-success package: €1000/quarter.
Existing customers: your current agreed plan terms continue to apply.
