Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with HoneyBee. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our subscription plans and professional services.

Subscription Plans

HoneyBee subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are handled as follows:

Professional Services & Migration

Fees paid for onboarding, data migration, or consultancy are non-refundable once the work has commenced. Unused pre-paid service hours may be credited to your account upon written request.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be corrected and refunded promptly.

How to Request a Refund

Submit your request by emailing our support team with your account details and reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
